Very happy with the Chicago Latin Fitness classes! When my health club closed at the beginning of the pandemic, I tried different online classes and found that Martha’s kept me the most engaged. There’s a nice variety, ranging from yoga to core work to Zumba, and they vary from week to week as Martha changes up music and movements to keep building on our strengths. In some of the classes, it’s almost like having a personal trainer – Martha will observe us moving through the routines and offer pointers on better ways to align our bodies so that we are doing the exercises correctly and avoiding injury. She also suggests accommodations as needed for newbies or people with knee issues etc. When weather permits, the Saturday Zumba class moves outdoors for a socially distanced in-person class, and it’s a hoot! Through Martha’s classes, I’ve gotten stronger, more flexible, kept my weight stable, and have noticed that a lot of my aches and pains have disappeared. I’ve actually done better with these classes than I did at the full-featured health club. Highly recommended

Chicago Latin Fitness has been an instrumental part of my fitness journey by helping me lose 90lbs in a matter of 7 months a few years ago.
